Inside this central structure thousands of Sectors, Cross-Sections and
Artificial Wombs were created, everyone with an artificially conceived fetus,
but leaving from seed and human ovules. In short, a gigantic Aided
Procreation. The particular nature of the plan generated popular names very
soon in order to indicate the structures of the project, therefore Sectors and
Cross-Sections took the name of "Hives", the Artificial Wombs the name of
"Cells" and the fetuses were nicknamed "Larvae". Probably this happened
whether for the external likeness of the project with the particular structure
of an hive, or above all for the deep hostility manifested from many people
towards the substitution of a natural process with something of aseptic and
scientific, devoid of every kind of feeling and poetry. Currently the Aeacus
Project is formed from 2700 Sectors, every Sector from 8 Cross-Sections and
every Cross-Section from 45,000 Artificial Wombs. Every day 10 Sectors become
ripe, whose respective 8 Cross-Sections give the birth to the occupants of the
Wombs to the rhythm of 1 Cross-Section every 3 hours. In this way every day we
make to be born 3.600.000 individuals and later on they are placed in human
parents' care. Our project has had a resounding success and now grows
constantly. 93 years have passed from the birth of the Aeacus Project, back in
2010, and we have improved procedures and technologies . Every new year we
calculate the increase or the decrease necessary in order to maintain a stable
equilibrium in the number of the inhabitants of our planet. Currently 85% of
the births depends on us. Without our project the humanity cannot absolutely
survive. For this the implications of that it has happened are most serious.
The Cross-Sections number 2, 3, 4 and hour also the number 5, in the Sector 1,
has not completed their cycle and noone new-born baby was produced from these
structures. The process is interrupted at the moment of the separation of the
nutritional fluids from the fetus. Such separation does not happen and
therefore the phase of the birth does not take place. Currently this
phenomenon is circumscribed to Sector 1, but all it leaves to preview that it
can be extended in the next few days also to the other Sectors, that are
identical between them as operation. We must find a solution in short times.
The maturation of the fetuses towards their birth can theoretically be
postponed of 8 days, but really we do not know the possible consequences
beyond the third day from the fixed term for their birth, that is 270 days
from their conception. This is the situation. I remind you that the World-wide
Council Secretary has given absolute priority to the solution of this problem"
