The persons around to the table were all on their's feet and watched astounded 
the screen  of the monitors,  then the Professor Carpitelli exclaimed: "Quick, 
professor  Levi-Richter!  order  immediately  to stop  every operation  on the 
biomechanisms!".  The Professor Levi-Richter  gave quickly the requested order 
and after a few of seconds another message appeared on the screen of monitors: 
"THE NOT AUTHORIZED  INTRUSION  IS  FINISHED.  NOW THE NORMAL PROCEDURES  COME 
RESTORED.  END OF THE EMERGENCY SITUATION ". Everyone  in  the  room  sat down 
again,  slowly  and  remaining silent.  Nobody  knew what to say.  The private 
cellphone  of Councillor Boghanu  rang  lightly,  but in that  silence had the 
effect  of a blare.  The Councillor  listened  intensely,  without  giving any 
answer;  then  he  switched  off  the  cellphone  and  spook  to the group  of 
scientists: "They communicate to me that for some seconds  a total chaos broke 
out in the World-wide Network.  Complete archives  of data have been cancelled 
or  transferred   in  unimaginable  places.   World-wide  Stock  Exchange  has 
interrupted immediately every transaction, but the short time when it has been

and  every public structure  of priority interest  have had come down  quickly 
from  World-wide Network   in  order   to  prevent   irreparable  effects. The 
phenomenon stopped after approximately one minute and forty seconds". Then the 
psychologist  Torgher  exclaimed: "But noone can be so mad or so powerful that 
he can cause  such damages  to World-wide Network and above all  he can menace 
the Eaco Project. It would be likeif someone tried to kill his children.  From 
decades  we live  in a period  of social stability.  The great world conflicts
